- Mystery Shopping is the art of evaluating the sales and service performance of any
type of business establishment. A mystery or secret shopper, posing as a customer
conducts the evaluation based upon a pre-determined list of criteria. The criteria
and the scale in which it is judged will be determined by the company commissioning
the secret shop. Mystery Shoppers interact with the employees, occasionally make
purchases, and then fill out the evaluation form. This mystery shop (or secret shopper)
approach provides management with the insight to make effective changes to their
sales and service training programs. Typically, Mystery Shoppers get paid to providing
this service as an independent contractor.

- Also known as shadow shoppers, secret shoppers, and other similar terms, a mystery
shopper is employed as an independent contractor for the purposes of conducting
an unbiased evaluation of a company's employees.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Typically mystery shoppers are NOT classified as W-2 employees. Rather, mystery
shoppers are classified as independent contractors. Most companies using mystery
shoppers will only issue a 1099 Tax Statement for mystery shoppers who earn in excess
of $600 in a calendar year.

|
|
|
- Those who conduct mystery shops do so as a part-time contractor - to earn extra
spending money (or some cases to have their some of their meals and/or merchandise
paid for). Most secret shops pay $10 - $150 per shop with the average hovering around
$20 - $25. In some cases, Mystery Shoppers are not paid any fee, but instead they
are reimbursed for a product, service, meal, etc. Fees vary based on the time required,
difficulty of the assignment, uniqueness of the shopper required, and more.

- Whether you are mystery shopping for a third party or directly for the requesting
company itself, it is known that Mystery Shoppers may work for several organizations.
Code of ethics, however, would request that you do not share any information obtained
or observed on one assignment with others from another firm.

- Yes, for your convenience, all memberships renew on the anniversary of the registration
date. You may cancel your renewal at least 60 days in advance of the billing date
by simply emailing us your desire not to renew.

- Hopefully, not long. Premier Shoppers prides itself on matching the "right" shopper
to the "right" job. Typically, it can be anywhere from 4 to 10 weeks for your first
assignment (sometimes shorter and sometimes longer). In some cases, shoppers will
receive their first assignment within hours of registering. In either case, you
will always have the incredible opportunity to make money immediately after registering
though our Referral Reward Plan. The more
aggressive you are, the more money you will earn – there is no cap.

- MatchQuest™ will revolutionize the way mystery shoppers and recruiters connect.
Using advanced sequencing and algorithms, PremierShoppers puts the most qualified
shopper for the respective job posting with the recruiter and scheduler. Shops are
never assigned based on membership fee - everyone is EQUAL. The quality of the mystery
shop evaluation BEGINS and ENDS with the quality of the Secret Shopper first.

|
- The Referral Reward Plan rewards members for pointing new candidates to PremierShoppers.com
that ultimately register with our company. After a new member is registered for
30 days, you will earn $5/new member in increments of $25. Each member that you
refer just needs to enters your User name in the "referred by" section of the
shopper application. How much you may earn is entirely up to you. Premier does not
place a cap/limit on the referral fees earned. In fact, it’s not be unusual for
our members to earn $500 - $5,000 through this program.

- The payment for shops comes from the company that gave you the assignment and provided
instructions/requirements. The referral reward program is paid directly through
Premier. You will receive a check for each $25 increment earned.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- 30 days after the referred member is active.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- You can be any (adult) age, male or female. You may be employed, self-employed,
unemployed, retired or a full time homemaker. You need to pay attention to detail
and follow-through on the assignment. You must be reliable. Typically, you don't
need any special training or experience, although some knowledge on the industry
in which you are shopping is a benefit.

|
|
|
|
|
- Once you have registered with PremierShoppers.com, your information is in our database.
At that point, it is only a matter of having available shops in your area that meet
your required demographic profile. Our exclusive MatchQuest™ system offers both
shopper and recruiter an easy/automated way of finding each other. Occasionally,
it might take a new shopper several months to get a shop - it very much depends
on the number of available/qualified shoppers for a particular study.

|
|
|
- The job postings on PremierShoppers come directly from the recruiting companies
and retail establishments. In many cases, these companies do not publicly post their
job requests (due to the confidential nature of the shop) but they use the SOS (Search
of Shoppers) component of PremierShoppers to locate the "perfect" shopper.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Don't panic! Our automated system will email you your User name or your password
at your request. Just click on the 'I forgot my User ID or password' link, and
follow; the prompts. The system will immediately notify you of your User ID and/or
password via email.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Registered shoppers will receive notification emails of "qualified shops". Please
note that your personal information and email address will not be released to anyone.
Upon receiving an email from the recruiter, only when you reply, will your actual
email address become available to the recruiter.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- MatchQuest™ is automatic and will change the way recruiters find shoppers going
forward. However, with our Search for Jobs and Job Availability Count (JAC) feature,
you can search for shops and narrow the list based on the demographics and requirements
you uniquely input. The jobs not only find you, but you can now find them. The JAC
is dynamic and will display the number of qualified jobs as you select each demographic
component. For example, there may be 2,000 jobs in the 10022 zip code, but only
200 in the 10022 zip which require a 50-60 year old female earning less than $50,000
per year.

- Our recruiters list jobs with expiration dates (in which case Premier automatically
removes them 30 days after that date); no expiration date (job will removed from
the system 90 days after the original posting date); continuous posting (never removed
and always remain active). Our recruiters will manually remove jobs if they are
filled.

|
|
|
|
- Yes, using advanced SSL Encryption technology, Thwarte services, and Authorize.net’s
merchant services protection suite, PremierShoppers safeguards the integrity of
our system. Additionally, only recruiters that are approved by our management team
may register as members. Our management team, in its sole discretion, may approve
or disapprove of any member or potential member for any reason whatsoever.

- Rest assured that all your personal information is secured adhering to HIPAA (HEALTH
INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT) data security guidelines. A bit overkill,
we know, but your personal information security is our priority.
