All Users are considered Independent Contractors of the posting company (Recruiter) for whom they may be conducting an assignment. PremierShoppers.com makes no representation as to the Independent Contractor relationship established or maintained between the Shopper User and the Recruiter user. Users are strongly encouraged to thoroughly read and understand the Independent Contractor Agreements of each Recruiter Company they choose to work for.

PremierShoppers.com has no control over the use of such data by our advertisers. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other companies you may visit through our site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those other Web sites so you can understand how they collect, use and share your information.

Some of the information we obtain about you (from you) may be used for the purpose of determining your potential interest in receiving e-mail or other communications about other products or services. (Primary and Business related)

• Recruiters, through Shopper Search, may see all of the information noted above as part of your profile in an effort to determine your viability as a candidate to conduct a shop.
• You agree to hold us harmless in every way as it pertains to the Reliability Factor value we place on your account or for any other uses.

By your registration with PremierShoppers.com, you acknowledge that you may receive emails from us regarding, but not limited to, any of the following:

• MatchQuest™ notifications
• Direct marketing (from PremierShoppers.com) promoting or announcing a new service or program or from any of our advertising partners doing the same
• Newsletters and PremierShoppers.com-related solicitations
• Updates to our site, services, or programs
